2. Payment Security

We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

If payment fails, the order will not be processed.

4. Invoice

A digital invoice will be shared via email/SMS after successful payment.

GST details will be included wherever applicable.

5. Payment Disputes

For unauthorized or failed transactions, please contact our support team immediately.

Disputes will be handled in coordination with our payment gateway provider and respective banks.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund timelines: 5–7 business days (may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).
